This Privacy Policy explains how Join Madhuri (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit joinmadhuri.com or enroll in the Madhuri Desai Masterclass.

We collect the information you give us when you enroll, sign in, or contact us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your Instagram handle, if you choose to share it
• Your message, if you write to us through the contact form

When you purchase the masterclass, Stripe processes your payment. We receive confirmation that you paid and basic checkout details. We do not store your full card number.

If you sign in, we also keep session information so you can stay logged in and access your account.

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your student account
• Process your enrollment and confirm your purchase
• Send sign-in links, payment receipts, and course updates
• Give you access to the masterclass when it is released
• Reply to questions you send through the contact form
• Understand how people move through the site so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with the service providers that run this site, only as needed to operate it:

• Stripe, to process payments
• Supabase, to store accounts and keep you signed in
• Resend, to send transactional email
• PostHog, to understand how people use the site (page views, enrollment or classroom events, and session recordings). Typed values in forms — name, email, Instagram handle, and messages — are masked in recordings so those values are not stored.

We may also share information if we are required to by law, or to protect the site and our students.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, to operate checkout, and to remember analytics visitors in PostHog. Stripe may also set cookies on its own checkout pages. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features (including sign-in) may not work.

We keep account and order records for as long as needed to provide the masterclass, send related email, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing us at the address below.

You can request access to the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting support@joinmadhuri.com. You can also stop using the site and close your account at any time.

The masterclass is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page.
